Taiwan:
We ship via SF Express or Black Cat. No deliveries on Sundays. Offshore shipping may be delayed due to weather. Remote areas like Orchid Island and Wuqiu are not serviceable.
Convenience store pickup (7-ELEVEN, FamilyMart, etc.) is available. Oversized items will be switched to home delivery. Please collect your package within 7 days of SMS notification.
Shipping Time:
Orders ship within 2–3 business days (excluding holidays). Free shipping on orders over NT$3,000. COD and offshore deliveries incur additional fees.

Shipping is based on volumetric weight—free shipping is not available.
