Return Policy
AISLE offers one free return per order within the 7-day appreciation period (not a trial period). Items must be brand-new and unworn.
• If your item doesn’t fit or you ordered the wrong style/size, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery (delivery day + 6 days).
• To request a return: go to Order History, click Return (this button appears one day after delivery).
• Returns for Taiwan’s main island are handled via home delivery.
Refund Details
• Refunds cover only the item price; shipping fees or discounts are non-refundable.
• Once we receive your return, we’ll process the refund within 14 business days via your original payment method (credit card refunds to the card, COD refunds require your bank details).
• If account credit was used, any refund will go back into your AISLE online account.
• You’ll be notified by email once the refund is complete—please ensure your email address is correct.
How to Return an Item
1. Go to Order History → click Return → enter pickup details.
2. Package the item securely.
3. Courier will collect at your home within 3–5 business days.
International & Offshore Returns
• We currently don’t support returns or exchanges for overseas or offshore orders. Please verify your order carefully before checkout.
• If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact customer service within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return.
Conditions That GRADE OUT Returns
Returns are not accepted if:
• The 7-day appreciation period has passed.
• Tags or accessories are missing.
• The item shows signs of wear, damage, makeup, or customization (e.g., embroidery, cutting, printing).
• Promotional gifts are not returned—if missing, their retail price will be charged.
